Yesterday, we joined our friends from Unified Beerworks and Slidin’ Dirty Troy up in Malta for a three-way beer collaboration. We’ve been talking about a team-up for awhile now, and we all seem to have one particular ingredient in mind: Denison Farm beets! So, we’ve cooked up a sour ale with beets and blood orange. Ooo, it’s gonna be good.⁣
